"Great location right on the water. Ideal for traveling with children who may be difficult to load up and take to the beach.

Tropical fish along the shore, but for especially good snorkeling, there is a beautiful reef not far to the west of the property.

Just swim along the shore and you will find it about 15-25 meters east (closer to the property) of the rock jetty. Saw every type of fish you could expect, including various rays, jacks, bonefish, parrot fish and a green sea turtle sleeping in the reef.

We decided to skip on a beach day at a different location because this spot was so nice and convenient."

Everything was spectacular!! I slept like a baby with the surround sound of ocean waters during the night. Soft great quality bedsheets and duvets at this villa. Many pillows to choose from in terms of softness to firmness. The beach towels were great, too; obvious the owners took great stride to care about these details. The walk-in shower was spa-like; loved the way it overlooked the ocean. Kitchen was stocked with working appliances and thanks to Gedline for extending an offer to grocery shop, do laundry and be my personal uber driver from the airport for a small fee. Perfect for snorkeling! Definitely recommend bringing snorkeling mask and water shoes! Grandbaby enjoyed wading in the water during low-tide; beautiful taking family pictures. Thanks Gedline for setting up the baby high chair! Driving downtown was seamless; lots of shops. Loved going to nearby Paradise Island and coming back to the backyard ocean for to soak off that warm sun. Will return!

This home was beautiful and that view was everything. check In was smooth and so was check out. Rooms are big and well equipped. It was my friend's Birthday and she even decorated. Great hospitality. will definitely be back. Trust me it's worth Booking!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at McCall & Gedline’s villa.
Beautiful, clean villa in an awesome quiet neighborhood located a short drive from beautiful beaches and nice restaurants.
What we appreciated most was their exceptional communication throughout the entire process. From the day I booked up until the day we left, they were available to answer any and all questions including recommendations.
We definitely look forward to visiting again and will most certainly book with McCall & Gedline!

Really lovely spot...the ocean view cannot be matched. Great beds, cotton sheets, decent kitchen equipment, good bathrooms and again...the view!
The road noise can get loud, but it does quiet significantly at night. It is close enough to downtown and restaurants to be convenient to shop and eat, while being enough removed from the urban chaos.
The hosts were very kind, responding to every question we sent. Their guidebook was very helpful, and they have all the needed extras for a beach trip.
Recommended for groups, families and couples.

Absolutely stunning!!!! Just the sound of the ocean makes everything perfect. Exactly like pictures and even better in person. They were very responsive and helpful. We were about 20 mins from downtown Nassau and 15 mins from paradise island. Three massive bedrooms all with their own shower and bathroom plus an extra bathroom downstairs. Why are you still reading? BOOK IT!!!
